What are ShareCare Homes?

ShareCare Homes are co-living housing options where individuals have their own bedrooms but share common areas with other residents. This promotes a sense of community and shared responsibility.

Are supportive services available for residents?

At this time our units are designed for independent abled-bodied persons. However our dedicated support team is available to provide resources, assistance and guidance whenever needed, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for all residents.

How does the process work?

The process begins by submitting a pre-qualification form. Applications are then reviewed to determine whether the shared living environment may be a good fit. If selected to move forward, applicants may be contacted for additional information, a phone call, and/or to schedule a tour before completing a full application and screening process.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, required upon move-in, there is a $150 security deposit which is refunded upon vacating the unit and returning room to original move-in condition (less normal wear). 

Does ShareCare Homes do a credit check?

No, there is no credit check however, we do require a background check. This fee is already included in your application fee.

How can I participate in community events?

Residents can participate in local community events by checking the event calendar and contacting the appropriate organizer to get connected to the activities they are interested in. Community events are designed to promote social connections, wellness and friendships within the community.
